Born on December 15th 1958 in Gornji Milanovac. He graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade in 1983.
He obtained his Master’s Degree at the Faculty of fine Arts in Belgrade in 1985. He is a Full Professor at the Academy of Art of the University in Novi Sad.
He was the founder and the first Chairman of the International Graphics Biennial in Belgrade in 1994. He was the Chairman of the Art Council of the International Biennial of Miniature in Gornji Milanovac in 2003.
He has participated in many international exhibitions: Ljubljana, Prague, Paris, Stockholm, Krakow, Kyoto, Tokyo, Varna, Katowice, Gjör, Bopal, Falun, Buenos Aires, Belgrade. He has held individual exhibitions in Belgrade, Prague, Paris, Varna, Thessaloniki.
He has received many awards and accolades in our country and abroad. (Medal for graphics at the 8th International Graphics Triennial, Frechen, Germany, 1989; Grand Prix at the 5th International Graphics Biennial, Varna, Bulgaria, 1989; Special Merit Mention, 1st International Biennial, Bopal, India, 1989; The Great Seal of the Graphic Collective, Belgrade, 1990; the Politika Award, Belgrade, 1992.)
His works are exhibited in collections at museums and galleries in Belgrade, Sofia, Zagreb, Osaka, Catania, Paris, Frechen.
