Dead flags, 2103, combined technique, 110×260 cm (diptych 110×130 cm)

Series created by the invention of a mixture of acrylic paints and various chemicals that serve as an emulsion that gains authentic flags until they leave the image of their fields, wrinkles and symbols on a clean piece of canvas. The biopolitical potential of the dead flag, the flag of an ideological unit that no longer exists, is transferred to the image domain, where as a painting on the screen with its semantic and formal conviction continues with biopolitical action, it continues to condition life, induce feelings and convictions.
